Cascade Consulting Engineers, Inc. was founded in 2026 by Andrew Willis, P.E., to provide practical, responsive, and technically sound civil engineering services throughout Northern California.
Andrew has worked in the civil, environmental, and construction industries since 2007, bringing experience that spans engineering design, field construction, stormwater management, and project delivery. He holds a Master of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
CCE was established to combine this broad technical and construction background with a straightforward, client-focused approach to civil engineering consulting.
