Background
Andrew Willis, P.E.
Andrew has worked in the civil, environmental, and construction industries since 2007, across engineering design, field construction, stormwater management, and project delivery. That combination — design work paired with time actually spent on active job sites — is what CCE is built around: plans that account for how a project runs once construction starts, not just how it’s drawn.
He holds a Master of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer in California (No. 89640).
